You Can Still Be A Great Doctor and Not Be Burned Out!
You Have Options!
I want you take a moment here and think about what your options are:
- Could you be working less?
- Could you be training and delegating more at work?
- Do you need relieve your stress and burnout, like now?
One of the BIG issues with burnout is that it can and will make us feel like we are trapped in a small, tiny box which is limiting us to what we can really do about the current situation we got ourselves into.
But what I offer and speak to in my book: The Doctor Is Burned Out, is how you can build a bigger and better box for yourself and your practice! Meaning you can still be a great doctor and work less hours, delegate better in your practice so you can trust things are being taken care of and you don’t have to do it all yourself! Spend more time with your family, feel overall less stressed ETC.

Yes, you can still be a great doctor and have a more fulfilling and aligned life:
Where do you start you may be wondering? Do me a favor and get out a pen and paper and write out all the different ways you could do what you are doing. Could you go part-time? Could you hire on more help to have less on your plate? Could you do work outside of your current environment? Could you stop taking insurance?
I want you to consider all the different options you truly have so you can start relieving yourself of burnout. Because you have options!
