I LOVED your book and was truly blown away by all the behind the scene things I didn't realize was in the day of a life of a physician. I thought it was so well written and extremely readable/relatable as someone who has never walked in a physician's shoes before.

I really like your book and think it will be great for physicians! I like the overall structure with cool/interesting epigraphs to start each chapter and then the takeaways at the end of each chapter. Though the specifics are different, there are a lot of similarities with issues in academia/higher education, so I also felt your book was helpful for me.

Dr. Moody's book on burn out is a cautionary tale not only for those in the healthcare industry, but for any professional suffering from the symptoms of burn out. The book is a brutally honest account of Dr. Moody's own journey that led to professional burn out. While he takes the topic very seriously, he addresses it with humor and smile-inducing anecdotes.

I easily draw parallels to burn out in other professions. The fact that the book is written through the eyes of a physician for his own (and his professions') burn out gives the insights credibility and allows the reader to draw his/her own comparison to his/her situation (even if not a physician).

I think it is super and practical. I love the honest, supportive yet challenging approach! Your book is such a joy to read!

There are amazing insights and perspectives. Your humor and wit is off the chart. You are hilarious! You have outside the box thinking that a lot of people in the medical profession need to be exposed to at some level. It is solid with lots of actionable tips and advice to help the reader. It's witty, insightful, and backed up by data.

I cried, but I was not sad. I was just amazed at your gift to communicate. It most definitely applies to my career being a servant to the ultimate servants. I am burnt out and will be using your techniques to begin the healing process.

You're doing people a huge favor, providing real ways to reduce the time spent on nonsense. You were real. You really stepped out of that doctor as mythical creature and showed something authentic. My favorite is when you share those glimpses of your own experiences with all of this, and of yourself.
