“Use Time to Overcome Burnout”

I’m talking more just simply the portion of time, the way you deal with time so you can use it to beat burnout. What is one buzzword that people talk about?

Being Present!

I think a lot of people talk about being in the present moment. What does that mean? For me, I think that means that you were focused on what you’re actually doing right now. There’s not a lot of multitasking that goes on with being present. The advantage is if you can focus on what you’re focusing on only, you’ll be incredibly much more productive.

There are all sorts of studies that show if you’re interrupted it takes you 10 to 20 minutes or more to get back to the task that you were working on. You want to get rid of interruptions but also you want to let go of things you have been ruminating on in the past.

Stop worrying about things in the Future!

It’s not to say that you can’t think about possibilities going forward but to stop worrying about 99% of things that never happen, you’ll have zero anxiety!

Get the help you need. Remember always, Burnout Recovery is for you!
